Developer Productivity Metrics

Sourabh Shirhatti is a Senior Product Manager who works on the Developer Platform Team at Uber. He’s passionate about building developer tools and improving developer experiences. Prior to Uber, he worked on Developer Tools at Microsoft.

Helen is the head of engineering for the Spotify Backstage team. She was one of the first two engineers working on the Spotify Backstage project. Formerly Helen was on the engineering team who brought Podcasts to Spotify. Helen’s team also manages Backstage webcasts and BackstageCon.

Brian Houck is an Applied Scientist entirely focused on improving the wellbeing and productivity of Microsoft’s developers. He conducts research into the tooling, processes, and cultural dynamics that influence developer experiences, and drives interventions to remove pain points and improve the daily lives of developers.

Abi Noda is a programmer, researcher, and entrepreneur focused on helping leaders measure and improve developer productivity. He is currently the CEO of DX, a developer insights platform focused on developer experience. In addition to DX, Abi runs the Engineering Enablement newsletter and podcast, covering the latest methods and research on developer productivity. Prior to DX, Abi held CTO roles at several companies and was the founder and CEO of Pull Panda, which was acquired by GitHub in 2019.

Rooz has been a part of the Develocity customer support team helping large Android apps with their shipping-software-at-scale challenges. Rooz is also one of the co-organizers of the San Francisco Android GDG, DPE Summit, and the host of DevProdEng (DPE) Showdown.
