Hilary Lanham
Hilary’s career is centred around driving and embedding technical Engineering initiatives and improvements in Lloyds Banking Group through managing Engineering Transformation, Platform decommissioning, huge infrastructure, and multi-bank regulatory programmes. Her passion and dedication have resulted in impressive outcomes, with multi-million-pound benefits being realised and new engineering capabilities being embedded across the Bank, enabling LBG to be more innovative, disruptive, and sustainable. Hilary’s current role is leading the Productivity Services Lab in the Engineering Platform – with focus on Productivity Measurement and Insight, improving Engineering Experience and accelerating their productivity by removing friction points.
