Kelly leads two of Meta’s teams in DevInfra: Quality and Developer Experience and Insights (DevXI). The Quality team focuses on providing tooling, telemetry, and expertise to improve the performance, reliability, efficiency, and quality of Meta’s apps. DevXI works across DevInfra’s developer platforms creating frictionless ecosystem experiences while generating metrics and insights to increase developer productivity and effectiveness.

Akshay is the Eng Lead for the Productivity Insights team @ Meta where we use the combined powers of software engineering and data science to understand our internal developers, gain quantitative and qualitative measures of obstacles to productivity, and operationalize solutions to them across the company.
